DR TINU KURIEN

Dr. Tinu is a warm, caring and highly experienced Senior Dentist with over 15 years of experience in dentistry. Having recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand, she is delighted to be part of the local community and looks forward to building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Tinu provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She has a special interest in paediatric dentistry (kids) and particularly enjoys helping patients who may feel nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist.

With her naturally warm and empathetic personality, Dr. Tinu believes that feeling comfortable and listened to is an important part of good dental care. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, explains treatment options in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and ensure that patients feel supported and confident throughout their dental journey. Her gentle approach helps create a relaxed environment where patients can feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tinu is a devoted mum who loves spending quality time with her family. She enjoys travelling, discovering new places and creating special memories with her family. She also loves baking and is particularly fond of making homemade cakes and muffins — which, according to those lucky enough to taste them, are wonderfully delicious!

For Dr. Tinu, dentistry is about much more than looking after teeth. It is about getting to know people, understanding their individual needs and helping them achieve a healthy, confident smile in an environment where they feel genuinely cared for.
